Spring Styled shoot at Highley manor, West Sussex

If you’re getting married at Highley manor, you’ll find so much inspiration in this styled shoot! You can picture how you can decorate the venue, and how you can beautifully transform it. Especially if you’re planning a spring wedding.

This beautiful spring themed styled shoot took place at the end of March, and brought together a team of talented wedding suppliers.

Style and Décor

The theme was spring, and it was obviously very fitting for the time of the year. There was an abundance of delicate pink florals, that complimented light green chair draping and gold candle holders beautifully.

It all looked perfect in the light and airy reception space of the venue, with its detailed ceilings and stunning bay windows.

In the afternoon, we had a second set up with afternoon tea. I absolutely loved the vintage crockery, the wonderful teacups, milk jugs and saucers. But most of all, we have all enjoyed the most beautiful and delicious cupcakes, all handmade and intricately decorated as flowers.

We also used the venue’s staircase, which was decorated with a showstopping floral arch. It was an incredible and luxurious flower arrangement, with some added candles along the stairs. I adore florals, and think that they can transform any space, and add a huge WOW factor to your wedding.

The Cake

We had a three-tier cake, in all white. It was a work of art with its minimalistic, clean and crisp lines. It was positioned next a floral arch, and they looked showstopping next to each other.

The Details

The most lovely addition to the shoot were bridal shoes, accessories and stationery. These beautiful touches really added to the whole theme, and pulled it all together.

Make up and Hair

Our talented make up artist went for beautiful glowy skin, natural lip colours, defined eyebrows and stand – out eye make up for our three models.

There were three different hair styles: a relaxed low bun for Katya, a half up half down for Dorota, and a pony tail for Mariana. It was great to have the variety. All these hairstyles looked really romantic, with a lot of texture, but very natural at the same time.

The Dresses

Dorota, Mariana and Katya wore 2 wedding dresses each. There was a lot of detail, pearls and lace. Some of the dresses had beautiful sleeves and were complimented by cathedral length veils.
